Sam Ayoub‘s client Parramatta captain Clint Gutherson denies meeting with Manly coach Des Hasler about a potential return to the Sea Eagles and admitted he doesn’t desire to play against the Eels again.
In the resport written by Troy Whittaker for Sporting News, Gutherson says,
“I haven’t met with Des. I saw that on the news, too. That came from you guys at Nine,” Gutherson said when asked how the meeting with Hasler went.
“I want it done as much as everyone here and you guys [media]. So I’ll leave it up to Sam.”
