Sam Ayoub‘s client Parramatta captain Clint Gutherson has signed a new three-year deal with the Eels, which will see him remain at the club until at least the end of the 2022 season.

While it hasn’t been made official, the Eels are expected to announce the deal on Thursday.
Gutherson’s new deal now puts him back in the Origin frame, with Blues coach Brad Fittler suggesting players wouldn’t be in his squad if they had contract negotiations to work through.
