Biography

The Fijian Born Koroibete made his NRL debut in the 2012 season for the Wests Tigers, he is renowned for his strength, power and blistering speed. In just his second NRL game, Koroibete scored 4 tries against the Parramatta Eels, equalling the club record for most tries in a match. After winning the Tigers Rookie of the Year and making the NYC Team of the Year in 2012, the winger managed limited game time in 2013 as a result of injury but still represented Fiji on the international stage at the 2013 World Cup. In 2014 he returned to form after several impressive performances in the NSW Cup, before making his mid season switch to the Melbourne Storm where he has became a strike weapon out wide, scoring 34 tries in 58 appearances for the club. Has recently made the switch to Rugby Union, signing with the Melbourne Rebels and was immediately included in the Wallabies European tour squad.
