A NSW Origin and Australian representative, Robbie moved to the Rabbitohs in 2017 after 13 successful and highly decorated years at the Wests Tigers, the Club where he won the 2005 NRL Premiership. He was the merger Clubs longest serving captain and holds the record for games played at the Club. Robbie made his NRL debut back in 2003 and between 2006 and 2012, he represented City Origin six times, captaining the team from 2009 onwards. He has played 16 State of Origin games for NSW, captaining the side on multiple occasions and has played 8 games for Australia. In mid-2018 Robbie was granted a release from South Sydney to return to the Wests Tigers, and has re-signed with the club for 2019, which will see Robbie finish his career at the Tigers, and hopefully play 300 NRL games.
