Biography

A NSW Origin and Australian representative, Robbie has moved to the Rabbitohs in 2017 after 13 successful and highly decorated years at the Wests Tigers, the Club where he won the 2005 NRL Premiership. He was the merger Clubs longest serving captain and holds the record for games played at the Club. Robbie made his NRL debut back in 2003 and between 2006 and 2012, he represented City Origin six times, captaining the team from 2009 onwards. He has played 16 State of Origin games for NSW, captaining the side on multiple occasions and has played 8 games for Australia. There is a lot of excitement surrounding Robbie’s widely publicised move to the Bunnies and he will be an integral part of Coach Maguire’s plans to reinvigorate the Club, after a difficult 2016 campaign.
