Biography

The definition of toughness, Curtis is a hard nosed centre who embraces the old school, hard-working side of the game. The Cronulla junior produced an impressive 2015 which saw him captain the club to it’s first SG Ball title and graduate soon after to the Sharks NYC team. Curtis’ combination of outstanding defence and fearless ball running saw him rewarded with selection in the NSW Under 18’s and Australian Schoolboys sides. His strong season resulted in him being pursued by no less than 11 NRL Clubs, before electing to sign with the Storm. He played for the Storm in the 2016 NRL Auckland Nines and made his NRL debut early in the season, before an ankle injury sidelined him for a lengthy spell. With Marika Koroibete departing Curtis will be looking to permanently fill the void in the Storm backline
