Biography

Clinton is a versatile outside back who is deceptively quick, agile and has the ability to break a tackle to get his team on the front foot. An Australian Schoolboy representative in 2012 and a NSW U20’s representative in 2013, Clinton was handed his NRL debut for Manly in the last round of the same season, scoring a try. He played a further 3 NRL games in 2014, scoring a try in each game. Only a broken right foot stopped the man they call ‘Boo’ from having a consistent run of first grade games from Round 18 onwards. After an off season move to Parramatta, Clinton was a bright spark for Eels fans in a very difficult 2016 season for the club.
