Sam Ayoub has worked in the Sports Management Industry for over 25 years and has managed the careers of many high achieving International Athletes.

Sam established Ultra Management (Sports) Pty Ltd in 1988 and has remained the Sole Director ever since.

Sam believes in both building strong relationships with his players, as well as the ongoing development of relationships with clubs, sponsors and other stakeholders.The Welfare and “Best Interest” of the players is always paramount to Sam. Sam carefully identifies and selects a few players that he believes have the potential to assist them in their development of their football careers.

Sam’s players are his best advertisement, most of whom have been with his Company since their early teens. He is proud of his track record and in particular he is proud of the career direction and opportunities his players are provided. 



Antoun joined Ultra Management (Sports) in 2009.
He has keen eye at spotting junior talent with the potential of one day playing NRL.



Tina joins Ultra Management (Sports) with a strong background in Events & Sponsorship.

Tina was a Director of Newk’s Group for 14 years where her partners included John Newcombe, Rodney Northam and Alex Watson. During her time at Newk's Group she managed many Major Events including Sydney Olympic Programs for Fila, Commonwealth Bank, Optus, and Nokia, The Optus Golf Challenge and Optus Davis Cup Hospitality, Noosa Festival of Tennis, JP Morgan Tennis Classics, Westpac Celebrity Golf and Tennis Days, Macquarie Bank Sporting Legends Golf Day and Nortel Sailing Events.

As a consultant for MasterCard International, Tina has worked on events including World Cup Rugby Finals - London and New Zealand, UEFA Finals - Wembley Stadium, World Cup Soccor Finals- Tokyo and Berlin, British Open Golf - Scotland and the PGA Tournament in Hualalai Four Seasons and Global Board Meetings in San Francisco, Malaysia, and Gold Coast.

Tina also has strong operations and logistics experience having co-ordinated complex tours programs for the Asia Pacific Patent Attorneys meeting in Adelaide for 1500 delegates and The Transplantation Society Congress in Sydney for 4000 delegates and staffing for the Lions Clubs International Convention.
